Young Professionals are invited to join us for a four-part series on the life, work, and spirituality of one of the greatest 19th-century saints, St. John Henry Newman. The priest, poet, writer, theologian, and cardinal was first an Anglican priest and founder of the Oxford Movement, and then soon became the most famous convert of the 19th Century. This series will guide participants through Lent inspired by the writings, work, and witness of Newman. The series will be facilitated by Dr. Ron Snyder, OLG parishioner, and local lecturer and teacher on St. John Henry Newman.
Each session will introduce one of his four major works, explore a theme related to his work, and include time for prayer and discussion.
