Title:  What is the Eucharist and Why Should I Care?

Many of us recognize that the Lord’s Day and the Eucharist are important – or, at least, they are supposed to be. But in all honesty, it can be hard to know how to fit them into our busy lives. This presentation takes a Biblical look at the Eucharist and the Sabbath, and offers practical ideas for busy people to honor the Lord’s Day with greater intention. In addition, current research will be shared that shows the surprising connections between worship and overall happiness and well-being. Come learn about the Eucharist and why it matters in our daily lives. (for teens and adults).
