Rámond joins us having just served as the Assistant Director of Liturgy at The Basilica of Saint Mary, where his work focused on the coordination of the liturgical celebrations of the parish. Originally from The Bahamas, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from Saint John’s University before relocating to Rome, Italy. There, he dedicated a year of service with the Benedictine Volunteer Corps, working at the Pontifical University of Sant'Anselmo. Following his time in Rome, Rámond furthered his career in London, UK, where he first served as Parish Liturgist and then as Director of Liturgy at Saint George-in-the-East Church.

He has also been a dedicated cantor and psalmist at Westminster Cathedral in London. Currently, Rámond is pursuing a Master of Arts in Theology and Ministry at Boston College’s Clough School of Theology and Ministry, with an expected graduation in December 2025. Outside of his professional work, Rámond enjoys the arts, singing, and cooking, and he is the proud owner of a miniature dachshund named Cuthbert. Please join me in welcoming Rámond to Our Lady of Grace.
