Reflection Questions

  1. From which gospel do we hear today? (Mark)

  2. What two questions does Jesus ask his disciples? (Who do people say I am, and Who do you say I am?)

  3. Who answers Jesus by saying “You are the Christ”? (Peter)

  4. What does Jesus say to his disciples and the crowd following him? (Take up your cross and follow me)

  5. Sometimes struggles can feel heavy, almost like the weight of the cross Jesus carried before he died. Talk about a struggle you are having and ask Jesus to help you with it.
