  1. What are your family meals like? Is there something you could do to make them feel less rushed and more nourishing for each person's spirit? 

  2. Eucharist means thanksgiving. How does our family teach each person about giving thanks? 

  3. God made each of us unique, but in the Eucharist, we are one. How can you reach out to others to share Jesus’ love with them?  

  4. How can you be Jesus for others (siblings, neighbors, friends, etc.) this week?
