Weekly Reflection Questions - For Families with Kids

  1. From which gospel do we hear today? (Mark)

  2. What does Jesus ask the disciples to do? (Go into the whole world and proclaim the gospel to every creature.) 

  3. Who does Jesus say will be saved? (Whoever believes and is baptized) 

  4. What are some signs that Jesus says will accompany believers? (In His name they will drive out demons, they will speak new languages, they will pick up serpents with their hands, they will lay hands on the sick and they will recover.) 

  5. What happened to Jesus after He was done speaking with them? (He was taken up into heaven.) 

  6. How does our family proclaim the saving love of Jesus to every creature? (e.g., care for animals and plants, showing kindness even when people are unkind to you, picking up trash in your neighborhood)
