It’s your Health. It’s your life.
Thursdays, October 11 - November 15, 1:00 – 3:30 PM
Normandale Lutheran Church, Edina
As we grow older, we all wish for good health and a sense of well-being. But, chronic conditions like diabetes, arthritis, depression, high blood pressure and many others can make life and health, hard to manage. The workshop Living Well with Chronic Conditions can help you take control of your health!
Do you have any of these thoughts?
I wish I could sleep better and have less pain.
I miss doing things with my family and friends.
It’s harder to set goals and solve problems than it used to be.
I wish it were easy to change how and what I eat.
I’d like more helpful conversations with my doctor.
This Six-Week Workshop Can Help!
You can succeed with these actions and learn much more…
Managing Pain and fatigue
Getting a good night’s sleep
Making decisions and creating an action plan
Eating better and managing weight
